GreenPower was established in August 2014. Located in Shanghai Zhangjiang High-Tech Park, known as the "China Silicon Valley," our registered capital is 10 million RMB. We are engaged in the development, design, and sales of power semiconductor products, integrated circuits, and computer software and hardware. Our company is comprised of a team of members who have worked for well-known semiconductor companies in China and abroad, bringing with them rich experience in product design and business management. We have established product lines for Trench-MOSFET, Schottky diodes, TVS, and analog ICs. We have a complete system for research and development, production, logistics, sales, and service. Leveraging our technological and channel advantages, we have established cooperative relationships with leading domestic and internationally renowned wafer foundries and packaging testing foundries, forming a competitive industrial chain. Our independently developed and manufactured products have been widely used in consumer electronics, green lighting, instrumentation, and other fields.
